… is the motto of Nationalparks Austria and recently I got the chance to visit one of them, in cooperation with Instagramers Austria (a loose community of hobby photographers who gather through Instagram and Facebook groups).
Once a year (at least) a trip to Italy means balm for the soul: This country has a certain magic whether it has to do with the food, the incredibly rich culture or simply their la dolce vita way of life.

Sorry peeps, after part 1 I was somehow trying to limit the number of photos for this post but I simply CAN’T – this island is just too beautiful! As a result this is probably my photo-heaviest post so far (44 pics – whoops) but I promise I did my best to not even spam you more 😛
This was the first time I worked with rhubarb and the first time I made a crumble at all. But I’ve always liked the sweet and tangy strawberry-rhubarb combination and as the rhubarb season almost comes to an end (usually it goes until end of June), while the strawberry season is on its peak, I thought this might be the perfect early-summer dessert (or breakfast) I’d like to share with you 🙂

Sorry Leute, sieht so aus als ob meine monatlichen “Highlights” immer mehr zu “life lately” Beiträgen werden. Ich komme in letzter Zeit kaum dazu neue Lokale auszuprobieren – zum Einen weil auch der Mai, was Reisen anging, ein absolut toller Monat war, zum Anderen weil ich das schöne Wetter viel lieber draußen genieße.
