About

I’m an adventurer, looking for treasure

The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho

Since I was little I am fascinated by the sea and mountains, islands and “what’s on the other side of the world.” I enjoy cities and nature, adventure and tranquility, busy attractions and hidden corners alike. Living in Vienna, Austria, it’s my base from where I go and see our beautiful world and share my travel experiences with you – good and also bad ones (is there any?) – in a unprejudiced and hopefully entertaining way.

Travelling goes perfectly with my second passion – cooking! Growing up with two types of comfort food – Austrian and Korean,  I feel my taste buds need a lot of variety 😛 I love to try new recipes, mostly dishes I discovered on my travels and I have a sweet tooth too 🙂 But sometimes I’m trying to find the meals (and atmosphere) I’m craving for in a good restaurant in Vienna. Luckily the restaurant scene is becoming more diverse and I’m always keeping my eyes open for new finds. I’m looking forward to share my experiences and favourite recipes with you!
